When I was in Montego bay in the beginning of april, the custom officer charged me 40 USD,
and gave no receipt, so he put the money in his own pocket.
The clearing in Jamaica is totally free, no fee for emmigration or customs, even no overtime, so
take care if you clear in or out in Jamaica.
