Wm Gden designed custom Colin Archer style flush deck ketch 38ft on deck, 46 ft LOA, 7 ft draft 12ft beam displacing 22 tons. Veteran of 2 and 3/4 circumnavigations- including a recently completed eastward passage (2001-2006.) Arrived Canary Islands from Antarctic Island oasis of South Georgia having made 5 trips (2006-2009) of the spectacular Patagonian channels of Southern Chile, Tierra del Fuego, Beagle Channel Cape Horn. Then this passage via Falklands, South Georgia to Cape Town on to St. Helena, Ascension Is, Cape Verdes and Canary Is. |
