Just recieved an email which is a new scam targeting Sailing crews.

The message is from a Nigerian Yacht club promising payment of $7,500 dollars for a six month voyage - all expenses included.

The only catch is you have to send a $300 deposit with your CV.

Any comments from any one? I've included a copy of the message below:

Well i heard alot about Nigerian scams, and you should never do any business with them, most of the people that send these emails are criminals and can be dangerous. I found this site about their scams: Good day good people, Denis.

It's a given:  If it is from Nigeria, it is a scam.  It is their only national industry
of any size.

I agree. Beware of everything that mentions Nigeria. They often give out a lot of addresses in Spain too.
