If you have an interst in cruising the Pacific coast of Costa Rica and Panama I would like to recomend a non-commercial web site that friends of mine have which has some of our recent adventures in these beautiful countries. Log on to SVTRAMONTO.COM and enjoy.

Hi Bobby...

Looks like some interesting tales! Just wanted to let you know that the movedown() javascript seems incompatible with Mozilla (OS X); I didn't try to debug it, but after a few lines of scrolling, it just hangs. I wanna know if you survived! ;-)

There has been a divergence in standards, which is increasingly maddening... code that works on Internet Exploiter might break on Netscrape, and vice versa. I seem to be gravitating more and more to vanilla HTML; much of my site was done with a version of CyberStudio, and it created the weirdest garf that still plagues me (and looks awful under KDE).

Anyway, just wanted to let you know... maybe a page with vanilla text files and no fancy scrolling would let folks with browser incompatibilities read your tales.

Cheers, Steve

Larry... sorry for the name error! Where on earth did I get "Bobby"? Must be a senior moment...

My fault...

When a user signs up, the default Sailor Name is the first part of his/her email address. In this case, it's "synergyp36" which is obviously the name of boat. In our correspondences, I was talking to Bobby, so I helped and changed it to "Bobby" to aviod mixing up with the boat's name. Now, "Bobby" decided to go with "Larry".

Name is editable field. I could switch my name from "Tom" to my Chinese name. I guess hell breaks loose if I do that.
