If you have an installation of a ShaftSaver which has been on for some time and you have subsequently looked under the ShaftSaver I'd appreciate hearing your observations. We are getting ready to pull the shaft and replace the cutlass bearing. The cutlass bearing/shaft has seen too many hours in a too loose condition; I'm worried there may be damage to the shaft. Also, some pitting of the shaft next to the zinc was noted on the last haul out. We are considering installing a ShaftSaver but I'm concerned about crevice corrosion working under the ShaftSaver. Thank you, Doug
