Due to the large number of data attributes we have to show in a list page, the width
of the display screen required is quite wide.
We constantly improve it by thrinking the font sizes to bearly readable, chopping
off lengthy subject titles and address locations, shorten the time format and others...
Still, if your screen resolution uses 800x600 or less, you will have hard time to nevigate at
7knots. 1024x768 is the minimum comfortable resolution needed.
Now, if you have a 15" monitor and you set the resolution to 1024x768, but you also set the text
size in your browser to "Larger" or "Largest" since the letters are just too small for you to read.
That can screw up the layout pretty good as well. Guess we just can't please everybody.
Another big issue is what browser you are using? Different browsers can act very differently not
only in the feel-and-look, but also in functionalities. We (well, I) test 7k on a 15" 1024x768
monitor for both MS Internet Explorer 6 and Mozilla 5. Another topic will be opened in the
Development board to take all browser related bug reports. Tough.
