This Cheoy Lee has had all the standard to class restoration tasks accomplished:
Removed the teak decks and and all fasterners, filled holes with epoxy, overlaid 2 layers fabmat 1.8oz and 1.00 oz fiberglass, awlgrip
Coach Roof replaced main salon and v-berth hatches with Lewmar hatches, replace forward compression post and commissioned new deck step
Removed original gel coat, awlgrip. All around with New Dyform with Norseman fittings for rigging, replaced chain plates.
Winter 2013 - Rebuilt the Westerbeke 4-107 total engine hours 54.
Replaced: stainless steel shaft, rudder stock and rudder, refashioned new refer box, removed teak deck overlay.
2011, replaced cabin liner with solid teak interior cabin sides, removal and restoration of all ports.
2012, the cabin sole was removed in order to scrape and paint the bilge, replace deck beams where required, stripped the teak/holly sole.
2013, Fabricated New Starboard Cockpit Seat
Replaced Upper Lifelines
Replaced bilge hose and check valve, new float switch
October 2014 - New Battery Charger
New Hot Water Heater
Replaced propane line, pressure gauge and solenoid and tank
New Macerator Pump and hoses
Repaired Cockpit Refer Hatch & Refrigerator Door, coated with epoxy, sand and painted
Fashioned new Port & Starboard quadrant boxes, coated with epoxy, sand and painted
Replaced Galley,and head sea cocks with Spartan tapered cone bronze sea cock. Engine oil, filters for winter. New (2) 4D ACM batteries and 2 10 lb alumuminum propane tanks.
