My boat Entheos is a New Zealand built centre-cockpit sloop, 2 cabins, 2 heads, usual gear and well found. I am English and looking for people to join me to sail my boat from its winter quarters in Finike, Turkey to the Fethiye/Gocek area, a 1/2 week coastal cruise. This will be early in June and we anchor in bays and visit ashore on the way. We spend the summer in what is surely the best part of the Turkish coast, the Fethiye/Gocek area, and its small towns and bays is a one of the best cruising areas. We take life very gently mooring in the bays, lazing, exploring, swimming in crystal clear water, talking, reading, and swapping experiences. We visit the towns for shopping [fascinating weekly markets], browsing and sightseeing trips. Turkey is full of interesting places to visit. You don't have to be an experienced sailor, good company and a willingness to join in are more important. I've sailed most of my life so I know what I am doing on a boat, and have made a circumnavigation as skipper. I am easy-going and generally get on well with people. Contact me if you are interested and say when you could join me. I shall be returning in early October to my winter base in Finike. We share running expenses ie. food, diesel, marina [very rarely], and this year,grey/black waste pumping out. If you are interested and wish to learn more, write to me by e-mail saying when you could join, and something about yourself, what you have to offer, any likes and dislikes and giving a resume of your sailing experience.
