To join attractive, experienced male sailor for cruising in the San Juan, Gulf, Desolation Islands this summer. Must be playful and mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually healthy. I'm a retired US Navy, Electronics Technician, sailor, very skilled skipper, talented and capable person and veteran of thousands of miles of open-ocean passages plus coastal with the US Navy. Planning to leave Seattle WA spring summer 2006 for Hawaii, Galapagos, S. Pacific and westward into Med. for 10+ year sailing adventure. Looking for crew to join me for long-term circumnavigation. You must be mature, adventurous, with a fun to be with attitude, with some sailing or cruising experience and the ability and desire to travel extensively on a beautiful and very capable boat. Boat is 39 LOL with 11.6 beam, 6 depth, full keel, and (26,000 lbs.). She is extremely well-outfitted: water-maker, propane range/oven, inverter; aft cockpit including dodger, roller furling jib, double reef main, hanked on staysail, windlass, 2 primary anchors with 90 lb. storm anchor, with ground tackle for extensive anchoring, 100 gal water capacity, 115 gal diesel, 3 solar panels, wind generator, radar, chartplotter, HAM/SSB/HF radio, Airmail Email, autopilot, 35-hp engine, 400 amp-hour battery capacity, liferaft, dinghy, outboard motor, etc. Please provide resume with sailing experience and pictures.
